Non‑Arena Event Nights

• Park in any available space in the South Garage at The Gateway.
• After parking, scan the nearest “Pay to Park” sign before leaving the garage to start your session.

Parking Rates:
• First hour is free
• Each additional hour is $2.00

Arena Event Nights (Special Instructions)

On nights with events at The Delta Center or The Complex, parking procedures are slightly different.

• Within 30 minutes of parking, Fear Factory guests must scan the QR code on the Zombie Bus to receive standard parking pricing.

Standard pricing includes:
• First hour free
• $2.00 per hour after

How the Process Works:

1. After parking, scan a “Pay to Park” sign in the garage. 
2. You will see a screen asking what you are parking for. Select “Gateway Customer.” 
3. This registers your license plate while you’re still in the garage.
4. Scan the QR code on the Zombie Bus within 30 minutes to receive the standard parking pricing.
