SURVIVAL GUIDE TIPS
CRITICAL INFO BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Sign Your Waiver: Everyone in your group must sign a waiver PRIOR to entry. It is now digitally tied to your ticket QR code via a separate email.
Arrival Window: Show up within 15 minutes (before or after) of your designated time slot to enter the property. Your ticket time marks when you can enter the scream park property, not the haunted attraction itself. Bags will be checked.
The Closing Window: All guests must be past the 800 South entrance gates at least 15 minutes prior to closing. The ticket window closes exactly 15 minutes before the gates shut.
Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for a different date/time during the 2026 season (price differences apply).

BUS SHUTTLE

The Fear Factory Zombie Bus picks up every 30 minutes, starting 15 minutes after the scream park opens. Drop-offs run until 9:40 PM on weekdays and closing time on Friday and Saturday. Ask the bus driver for discount code details for both locations.

Granary Gravel Lot:
700 South 476 West. Across from Slackwater & 1.5 blocks from Fear Factory. Flat $3 rate with code.
